WINTER SEED HEADS

The seed head is a great little wintertime specimen. I love how the woods and gardens are filled with dried leftovers from summer and fall. The dried seed heads from flowers that remain are like nature's little sculptures, creating just enough visual interest to keep us looking forward to spring!

NOTECARDS: WINTERTIME SEED HEADS - This notecard set contains two of each of the following: Echinacea, Allium, Tithonia, and Cosmo, each placed on a winter blue-gray background. On the back is an original poem by the artist: "The air is still cold. The ground seems to sleep. The dried shapes of summer. Stand still in the deep."
