These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GreatAmber mobile application and website. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GreatAmber, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Educational Content & License

• Usage License: All materials provided, including but not limited to PDFs, video lectures, quizzes, and notes, are for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content from GreatAmber. Unauthorized sharing of premium study materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

3. User Account & Security

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password).

• Single User Policy: One account is intended for one user only. Sharing your account with others may result in permanent suspension without a refund.

4. Membership, Payments & Refunds

• Subscription: Access to premium content depends on your chosen membership tier.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via our partner, Razorpay.

• Refund Policy: Subscription fees for premium features are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of GreatAmber management.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and original content within the app are the exclusive property of GreatAmber. Use of our brand name or logo without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app by:

• Attempting to hack, scrape data, or bypass our security systems.

• Using screen recorders or third-party tools to capture premium video content.

• Posting offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content in chat support or community sections.

7. Limitation of Liability

GreatAmber provides educational materials on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific academic results, exam success, or 100% error-free content. GreatAmber shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, if we detect:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Fraudulent payment activities.

• Malicious behavior that harms other users or the platform’s integrity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Murshidabad, West Bengal.

10. Changes to Terms

GreatAmber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via app notifications or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
