Refund & Cancellation Policy for GreatAmber

Thank you for choosing GreatAmber. We strive to provide the best digital educational experience for our students. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase on our platform.

1. Nature of Digital Products

GreatAmber provides digital educational resources, including but not limited to Video Classes, E-Books (PDFs), Suggestion Papers, PYQ Solutions, and Online Mock Tests.

• Final Sale: Since these are instant-access digital goods, all purchases are generally considered final once payment is successful.

• Non-Refundable: We strictly do not offer refunds once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

Refund requests will only be evaluated and processed under the following specific technical circumstances:

• Duplicate/Double Payment: If you are charged twice for the same product due to a gateway timeout or technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

• Payment Deducted but Content Locked: If money is deducted from your bank/UPI but course access is not granted within 24 hours (and our technical team is unable to fix it), a full refund will be initiated.

• Unauthorized Payment: If an unauthorized transaction occurs through your credentials, please notify us and your bank immediately for verification.

3. Refund Request Process & Timelines

• Request Submission: To request a refund for a eligible technical error, please email us at greatamber.official@gmail.com with your Order ID, Transaction Proof, and registered Phone/Email.

• Verification: Our internal finance team will verify the payment logs within 2 to 3 business days.

• Credit Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI / Bank Account / Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per standard banking channels.

4. Cancellation Policy

• User-Initiated Cancellations: You may stop using our app or delete your account at any time. However, active subscriptions or purchased digital courses cannot be cancelled for a full or partial refund after purchase.

• Account Suspension: GreatAmber reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without a refund if a user is found violating our Terms of Service (e.g., piracy, screen-recording premium videos, sharing accounts, or malicious activities).
