“Tararmela” represents a holistic initiative aimed at empowering underprivileged women through the development of handcraft skills. In 2022, the project successfully trained 190 women in various crafts such as sewing, crafting, hand painting, and provided basic literacy in entrepreneurship. This comprehensive approach not only honed their artistic abilities but also equipped them with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the business landscape.

One of the key achievements of the project was the establishment of an outlet to sell the products crafted by these women. This outlet not only provided a platform for showcasing their talents but also served as a sustainable source of income generation for the participants.

A notable outcome of the project is that 10 women have now transitioned to working independently, demonstrating the efficacy of the training and support provided. This signifies not only economic empowerment but also increased self-reliance and confidence among the beneficiaries.
