Through community-driven initiatives, focuses on health, education, environmental sustainability, and social justice. We mobilize young volunteers to promot economic independence through skill development and leadership cultivation.

"TARTARARMELAARMELA" an integrated approach to empower underprivileged women.

Empowering Women Through Handcraft Skills (Tararmela):

The Tararmela initiative empowered underprivileged women by providing training in handcraft skills such as sewing, crafting, and hand painting.

A notable achievement was the establishment of an outlet to sell the products crafted by these women, providing them with a sustainable source of income.

Over time, several women transitioned to working independently, showcasing the efficacy of the training and support provided.

Seaweed BD is a Bangladesh-based startup dedicated to seaweed farming, processing, and international marketing. Since 2019, it has worked to empower coastal communities in Cox’s Bazar through sustainable seaweed business initiatives. Initially focused on seaweed sheets and powder, the startup now prioritizes seaweed polymer production. It has gained investor interest through startup programs like SBA-Smart Bangladesh Accelerator and continues research on modern farming.

The Digital Okkhor Gari project trained youth in basic computer skills, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship.With the support of the ICT Division, the project equipped participants with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital era and explore economic opportunities.The project’s focus on inclusivity and accessibility, especially for underprivileged youth and girls, contributed to its success in bridging the digital divide.
