All participants must have a completed liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before taking part in any Grassroots Academy session.

Registration fees are used to reserve your child’s spot and cover program costs such as field rentals, equipment, and insurance.
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Full refunds may be provided if cancellation is requested before the program begins
Once sessions have started, refunds are not guaranteed
Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds

Outdoor soccer sessions may be affected by weather conditions.
If a session is cancelled due to heavy rain, unsafe field conditions, or severe weather, families will be notified as early as possible.
Cancelled sessions may be rescheduled or made up when possible, depending on field availability.
