Grassroots Academy is committed to providing a safe, positive, and organized training environment for all participants. Please review the following policies before registering.

Waiver Requirement:

All participants must have a completed liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before taking part in any Grassroots Academy session.

Waivers help ensure that families understand the nature of sport activities and allow us to maintain a safe and responsible program environment.

Refund Policy:

Registration fees are used to reserve your child’s spot and cover program costs such as field rentals, equipment, and insurance.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full refunds may be provided if cancellation is requested before the program begins
Once sessions have started, refunds are not guaranteed
Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds
In cases of injury or exceptional circumstances, families may contact us to discuss options.

Grassroots Academy reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Weather and Session Cancellations:

Outdoor soccer sessions may be affected by weather conditions.

If a session is cancelled due to heavy rain, unsafe field conditions, or severe weather, families will be notified as early as possible.

Cancelled sessions may be rescheduled or made up when possible, depending on field availability.

Player safety is always the top priority.

Privacy Policy:

Grassroots Academy collects personal information such as participant names, parent contact details, and emergency information for registration and communication purposes only.

All information is kept private and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

Information is used only to:

Manage registrations
Contact families about sessions and updates
Ensure participant safety during programming.
