Oliver Pashley, a former King’s School pupil, is a prominent London-based clarinettist and Sub-Principal at Britten Sinfonia. As a founding member of the award-winning quartet “The Hermes Experiment”, he has commissioned over 50 new works and earned critical acclaim for albums like HERE WE ARE. Pashley performs frequently with top orchestras, including the Philharmonia and BBC Symphony, and has featured on BAFTA-winning soundtracks. He holds a Master’s degree from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and is a dedicated educator and music journalist.
American pianist and composer George Xiaoyuan Fu is a multi-award-winning virtuoso, celebrated for his technical mastery and interpretative clarity. A 2025 Gramophone Award winner and 2024 BBC Music Magazine Award recipient, Fu is noted for tackling ambitious repertoire, including Messiaen’s Vingt Regards.
As a founding member of Trio Zimbalist and an emerging composer, he blends traditional mastery with modern innovation, highlighted by his acclaimed Radiohead arrangements and his 2025 album, Colouring Book. Based in London and educated at Harvard, Curtis, and the RAM, Fu maintains a prestigious international profile across major festivals and global broadcasts.
