π€ Cleanup & Respect for the Space
The Village Center has been incredibly supportive of the league, and we want to make sure we leave the area in great condition each week.
Please remember:
β’ Everything that gets moved needs to go back where it belongs
β’ Chairs and tables should be returned to their original locations
β’ Trash should be cleaned up and taken to the dumpster if assigned
β’ Cornhole equipment, lights, bags, and supplies should be properly put away
β’ Food and drink areas should be left clean for the next users
Our goal is to leave the pavilion and surrounding area looking like we were never there. Everyone helping for just a few minutes at the end of the night makes a huge difference and helps ensure we can continue using the space for future seasons.
ποΈ Tented Pavilion & Gathering SpaceΒ
A huge thank you to Deb Rodarte at the Village Center for blocking out the tented pavilion for the league on Thursday nights. The pavilion is normally a rentable space at the Village Center, and having it reserved for league use gives us a great home base for the season. It provides covered seating, access to the grill area, tables for food and drinks, and a comfortable place for players and neighbors to gather, eat, relax, and socialize between games β especially helpful during hot weather or unexpected rain.Β
