of Artwork Purchase

Payment Methods

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):


We accept payments via electronic funds transfer. Bank details for EFT transactions will be provided upon request and on the invoice document.

Unfortunately, NO NFT's


Cash:


Cash payments are accepted for in-person transactions only. Please ensure the exact amount is tendered.

Payment Terms

Full Payment:


All artwork purchases require full payment before the artwork can be delivered or collected.

Currency:


Prices are listed in the currency specified on the website.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery:


Artwork will be delivered upon confirmation of payment.

Courier charges for delivery are not included in the artwork prices. The client is responsible for any applicable courier fees.

Collection:


For in-person collections, please schedule an appointment with Graham Brown. The artwork will be released upon confirmation of payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation:


Cancellation of an order is not permitted after payment has been confirmed.

Refunds:


Refunds are not offered once the artwork has been delivered or collected.

Artwork Inspection

Upon delivery or collection:

It is the responsibility of the client to inspect the artwork upon delivery or collection.

Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
