Education

Along with hands-on experience, Grace Lila Martin has training in several production roles. Recently, she completed the Camosun College Film Production Assistant Micro-Credential with Kathleen Gilbert. As a part of that course, Grace Martin also completed the Actsafe Anti-Bullying and Harassment Course, Actsafe COVID-19 Safety Procedures Course, ALERT First Aid - WHMIS course, and Actsafe Motion Picture Safety Awareness Course. 

During her time at the Canadian College of Performing Arts, she attended workshops on Stage Management with Jackie Adamthwaite, Marketing with Andrew Barret, Sound Design with Paul Tedeschini, Set Design with Carol Klemm, Light Design with Ben Burrow, Props with Peter Pokorny, and Wardrobe with Shannon Carmichael, and Verbatim Theatre with Joel Bernbaum. 

At the Second City Training Center in Toronto, Grace Lila Martin studied writing for sketch comedy, stand-up, and songwriting. She is also first Aid certified through the Red Cross - Standard First Aid course.
