When not acting, Grace Lila Martin works in childcare as a summer camp, an out-of-school care leader, and a one-on-one support/respite worker. In 2020 she took Queen Alexandra Centre for Children's Health's Specialized Sitters course on working with children with disabilities. 

Grace loves using the skills she's acquired working in childcare to create exciting performances geared towards young audiences!
