These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of GoVio a Smart Transport Management System developed and operated by Viraj V. Gurbade. By accessing, registering, or using any GoVio application or service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you are an institutional administrator, you confirm you have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

Description of Service

GoVio provides a cloud-based transport management platform that includes:

Real-time GPS tracking of school buses, college buses, and private institutional vehicles
Admin web portal for route, vehicle, and driver management
Driver mobile app for trip management and automatic location sharing
Student / parent / employee app for live tracking and schedule visibility
Push notifications and alert system for transport updates
Analytics and reporting for transport administrators

GoVio is designed exclusively for institutional transport management and is not intended for personal or commercial fleet use outside this scope.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation

All accounts are created and managed by institutional administrators. Self-registration without administrator authorization is not permitted.

General User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
Keep login credentials confidential do not share with others
Report any unauthorized account use to your institution admin and to GoVio immediately
Use the platform only for its intended purpose

Driver-Specific Responsibilities

Keep profile information (including license details) accurate and up to date
Enable location sharing only during active trips as assigned by the admin
GoVio is a tracking tool only drivers remain fully responsible for safe vehicle operation

Institution Obligations

Institutions (schools, colleges, companies) subscribing to GoVio agree to:

Obtain necessary parental/guardian consent before enrolling minor students
Assign only authorized personnel as administrators on the platform
Ensure all vehicle and driver data entered is accurate and compliant with local laws
Use the platform only for legitimate institutional transport management
Notify GoVio of any data security concerns or breaches observed
Keep subscription payments current to maintain uninterrupted service

Acceptable Use Policy

Users of GoVio agree NOT to:

Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt GoVio's systems
Share or misuse other users' location data or personal information
Upload false or misleading data into the system
Track any individual without their knowledge or consent
Circumvent or bypass role-based access restrictions
Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without prior written consent from Viraj V. Gurbade

Intellectual Property

GoVio, its branding, user interface, codebase, data models, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Viraj V. Gurbade.

No part of GoVio may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission
Institutions are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform during their active subscription period
This license terminates upon cancellation or non-renewal of the subscription

Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

GoVio is hosted on Google Cloud and strives to maintain high availability. However:

We do not guarantee 100% uptime; temporary interruptions may occur due to third-party cloud providers
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible
In critical system failures caused by our platform, we will work to restore service within 24 hours

Limitation of Liability

GoVio is a tracking and management tool NOT a physical safety device. Institutions remain fully responsible for passenger safety.
GoVio is not liable for accidents, injuries, or harm arising from vehicle operations
GoVio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability in any given month shall not exceed the subscription amount paid for that month

Termination

Termination by Institution

An institution may cancel its GoVio subscription at any time by sending written notice to govio.support@gmail.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Data export requests must be submitted before termination.

Termination by GoVio

GoVio may suspend or terminate access in the event of:

Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
Non-payment of subscription fees after a 7-day grace period
Actions that compromise the safety, security, or integrity of the platform

Governing Law & Contact

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India. Both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution through direct communication before initiating legal proceedings.

Amendments

GoVio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with a minimum of 14 days' notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
