Is my location data stored permanently?
No. Driver location data is not retained beyond active trip duration. Trip logs are kept for up to 12 months for institutional analytics only.

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscription refunds are available within 7 days of billing. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Who can see my child's live location?
Who can see my child's live location?
Only the assigned parent/guardian and the institution's admin can view a student's bus location. Drivers cannot see student data, and other students cannot view each other's assignments.

Drivers simply tap "Go Online" in the GoVio Driver App. Location sharing begins automatically and stops when they end the trip - no manual GPS input required.
