स्काउटिंग एक विश्वव्यापी आंदोलन है। यह एक स्वैच्छिक आंदोलन है और इसका आदर्श वाक्य है 'मानवता की सेवा और प्रकृति की सुरक्षा के लिए तैयार रहें'। स्काउटिंग गतिविधियाँ युवाओं (यानी लड़के और लड़कियों) के शारीरिक विकास, मानसिक विकास, सामाजिक विकास, आध्यात्मिक विकास और भावनात्मक विकास में मदद करती हैं। केवीएस राज्य बीएस एंड जी भारत स्काउट्स और गाइड्स के तहत 52 स्काउटिंग राज्यों में से एक है। केवीएस बीएस एंड जी एक अग्रणी और सक्रिय राज्य है और छात्रों के बीच भाईचारा और समझ विकसित करने और स्काउटिंग कौशल विकसित करने के लिए सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाता है।
Scouting is a worldwide movement. It is a voluntary movement and its motto is ‘Be Prepared’ for the service of mankind and protection of nature. Scouting activities help in physical development, mental development, social development, spiritual development and emotional development of young people (i.e boys & girls). KVS State of BS&G is one among the 52 Scouting States under the Bharat Scouts and Guides. The Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG)
The Bharat Scouts and Guides (BSG) is the national Scouting and Guiding association of India. It is a voluntary, non-political educational movement for young people in India. Their mission is to contribute to the development of young people by helping them achieve their full potential as individuals, responsible citizens, and members of the local, national, and international communities.
The BSG was formed in 1950 by merging the existing Scouting and Guiding organizations in India. It is recognized by the Government of India and is a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement and the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
The BSG offers programs for boys and girls of all ages. These programs include outdoor activities, community service, and leadership development. Scouting and Guiding programs are separate, but there are some co-educational activities such as jamborees, rallies, and conferences.
