Done because it's annoying, as well as to encourage Brute players to get better at positioning.
The Biker's is kind of a bad weapon. And comparatively to the rest of Brute's arsenal, kind of dated in design philosophy. While the other items give Brute more movement in exchange for less DPS, this one does the opposite. Now of course I hate giving weapons major reworks for no real reason, so to make this thing marginally more viable, I've upped some of its numbers.
Biker's Blitz

While spinning and spun up: gain 25% damage resistance

Remodeled: Uses a modified model of an M2 Browning I got off of the toolbox.
I'm one of the people who aren't major fans of the M249. As I think it takes some of the biggest downsides Brute has to him and just completely gets rid of it without any counterbalances.
Inspired by the LMG in my own game, this version of the M249 allows both some versatile gameplay while paired with the Shotgun, and requires a bit more brainpower to use, requiring that you pre-fire before any encounter.

Something to make the Brash Burger not as useless in the realm of Lunchboxes, 30 seconds is quite a lot. Also something to incentivize giving Teammates food.
Damage resistance doesn't stack with the 10% explosive resistance while revved up. Does stack with the Biker's Blitz' damage resistance.

Eat to regain up to 300 health.
Alt-fire: Share a Burger with a friend to get a 20% damage resistance for 5 seconds.

The Burrito was all things considered, a direct upgrade to the Brash Burger, and a lot of the other lunchboxes in my opinion. an 11 second recharge for 200 HP as compared to a 30 second recharge for 300 is an insane upgrade, all at the cost of making it only worth as much as a small HP pack.
