ECUMENICAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME

Open for the 2026/2027 Academic  Session
“Answering God’s call begins with a single step of faith.”

About the Ecumenical Scholarship

Good Shepherd Ecumenical Seminary is pleased to announce the Ecumenical Scholarship for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The Ecumenical Scholarship is an initiative of Good Shepherd Ecumenical Seminary established to make theological and pastoral education accessible to students who have the calling and commitment to serve Christ and the Church but may face financial difficulties in meeting their tuition obligations.

Rooted in the spirit of Christian unity—"that they may be one" (John 17:21)—the scholarship seeks to welcome and support students from different Christian backgrounds who share a commitment to theological learning, Christian service, and the building of a more united Church.

The purpose of the Ecumenical Scholarship is to provide tuition assistance to deserving students who are unable to afford the cost of their theological education, enabling them to pursue their studies and prepare for meaningful service in the Church and society.

The scholarship reflects the seminary's commitment to ecumenism, inclusiveness, Christian education, and service, helping remove financial barriers while encouraging greater understanding and cooperation among Christians.
