We are always on the lookout for graduate students and postdocs who share our passionate interest in how the brain controls behavior. We use electrophysiology and optogenetics in freely moving mice and birds to ascertain how specific cell classes implement trial and error learning. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a record of achievement in a STEM field (Math, CS, Physics, Machine Learning, CS, Engineering Biology, or Neuroscience) and work well with others.
