ON STRIKE
After eight months of bargaining for a fair contract, GOLD-UE members are on strike! There are many ways for community members to support our fight. To learn more, see Section 5 of our Strike FAQs.
1 | DONATE TO OUR HARDSHIP FUND
The College is likely to withhold our pay during our strike. To prepare for this, we have started a hardship fund and are asking for donations to support workers who have their pay withheld. Your donations will help graduate student workers afford rent, food, medical costs, and other necessities!
2 | WRITE TO THE ADMINISTRATION
Tell the College to do right by the workers who keep this institution running and agree to a fair contract that includes living wages for its graduate student workforce!
3 | GET INVOLVED
We will be engaged in many activities and collective actions throughout the duration of our strike. We encourage community members to participate in any ways they can!

VOLUNTEER IN OUR STRIKE KITCHEN
Throughout the strike, we will be feeding members on the picket line. We need folks to pick up groceries, prepare food, and serve meals. Follow the link below to sign up as a volunteer.
