2. Interview - the procedure for interviews will remain the same and will include background information, a teaching demo lesson, and demo lesson feedback.

3. Orientation

3.1 Orientation Video and Quiz - the Orientation video and quizzes will remain the same as they are now.

3.2 One-on-One Mock Class Training Session - this Mock training class will last approximately 1 hour. During this class, candidates will be given a full introduction of our classroom and its functions, introduce the candidates to the 9 Essential ESL Strategies as well as other information needed in order to become a successful teacher here at Gogokid, candidates will teach (2) 10-minute demo lessons (1 K level lesson and 1 L1 lesson), and will be given valuable feedback from our trainers on ways to improve their teaching skills. All candidates have to pass their mock classes in order to continue the application process.

4. Documents Uploading - candidates that successfully complete the previous steps will be invited to upload their required documents

Congratulations on passing the first step of the application process and thank you for choosing me to be your referring teacher!

Your next step will be to complete an interview with Gogokid.  You can schedule your live interview time directly on the portal. Some applicants may receive an email inviting them to do a recorded demo instead of a live interview.  Either option is fine! The information and materials contained on this site will help you through the interview process, but remember they want to see YOUR unique teaching style and abilities.

These resources and links are private and only available to my referrals, please do not share them with others.
