I have created this resource for you and I am excited for you to begin using it. The purpose of this tool is to provide you the background knowledge, directions, materials and activities to extend our classroom curriculum into your home.
On this site I have provided videos, templates and graphic organizers that explain the changes in strategy and vocabulary within our curriculum. This will help bridge the gap between how we learned ("old math") and how our students now learn (new math).
This is important because as you assist your child at home we want to make sure they are remaining consistent when utilizing the strategies and vocabulary taught in school.
The entire site is made up of 9 pages. They include the "Welcome", "Eureka Math" home page and 7 subpages which represent each of the 7 modules in the 4th grade Eureka Math curriculum.
"Welcome" Page
On this page you will find informational pdfs that explain new vocabulary, strategies and how they link to previous methods we learned.
"Eureka Math" Home Page
On this page you will find some background information on Eureka Math as well as webistes for remediation, practice and support.
Module SubPages
These pages has been organized based on modules.
On each page you will find...
Materials (Coming Soon)
