If you need help with the app, you’ll find answers to the most common questions below.
Go to Settings → Security → PIN to set your unlock PIN.
Your PIN is stored securely using iOS Keychain / Android Encrypted Storage.
A Duress PIN instantly wipes all content stored in GN Viewer when entered on the unlock screen.
Use this only if you fully understand the consequences — the wipe cannot be undone.
All imported media (photos, GIFs, WebPs, videos) is stored only on your device’s private app storage.
Nothing is uploaded or transmitted to servers.
Open GN Viewer → tap the Import button in the gallery or album screen → select photos or videos.
Long-press media in the gallery → select Export → choose destination in the iOS share sheet or Android system share menu.
Open any media item → tap the slideshow icon in the top bar → choose settings → start.
Some slideshow effects (e.g., overlays, bounce-to-beat, text slideshow) can be temporarily unlocked by watching a rewarded ad.
