These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GN Viewer mobile application (“GN Viewer”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using GN Viewer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GN Viewer is provided for personal, lawful use only. You agree that you will:
Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not store, view, or distribute illegal content, including content that is abusive, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful.
Not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, hack, or circumvent the app’s security features or limits.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or certain features at any time.
You are solely responsible for the content you store and view within GN Viewer.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to any media you import.
You are responsible for keeping your device and your PIN secure.
You understand that deleting the app, resetting the app, or triggering the duress PIN may permanently erase your content.
Some features in GN Viewer, such as Pro Canvas, can be unlocked temporarily by viewing a rewarded advertisement. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Ad availability is not guaranteed, and there may be times when no ads are available (“no fill”).
Rewards (such as temporary Pro Canvas access) may only be granted when an ad is successfully viewed and completed according to the ad provider’s criteria.
We may change, limit, or remove ad-based unlocks or premium features at any time.

GN Viewer, including its design, logo, user interface, and underlying code, is owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app or any part of it, except as allowed by applicable law.
GN VIEWER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Any warranty that your content will always be preserved or recoverable.
You use the app at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining any backups of your content if needed.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DEVICE DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF GN VIEWER.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to purchase the app or access premium features during the twelve (12) months before the claim.
GN Viewer may display or link to content provided by third parties (for example, websites accessed via the private browser, or ads served by AdMob). We do not control and are not responsible for:
The content, accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party sites or services.
Any data collected by third parties when you view ads or external websites.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.
You may stop using GN Viewer at any time by deleting the app from your device.
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the app (where technically applicable) if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in an unlawful or harmful way.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the app after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app publisher is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. You are responsible for complying with any local laws in your own country or region.
