GN Viewer (“GN Viewer”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) provides a private, on-device media viewer for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices.
GN Viewer is designed to keep your content private. We do not operate our own servers for user data, and we do not upload your media or PINs to the cloud. Most data remains on your device, under your control.
2.1 Media & Files
GN Viewer allows you to import photos, GIFs, WebP images, and videos into a private vault.
Imported media is stored only in your device’s private app storage.
We do not upload your media to our servers.
If you uninstall the app, reset the app, or trigger a duress PIN, your media may be permanently deleted.
2.2 PIN & Duress PIN
GN Viewer uses a lock PIN and an optional duress PIN to protect your vault.
Your PIN and duress PIN are stored securely using platform features such as iOS Keychain and Android Encrypted SharedPreferences (or similar technologies).
We do not transmit your PINs off your device.
You are responsible for choosing a strong PIN and keeping it secret.
2.3 Rewarded Ads (Google AdMob)
GN Viewer uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded advertisements that can unlock Pro Canvas mode for a limited time.
When ads are shown, Google may collect information such as:
Advertising ID (IDFA / GAID or similar)
Device information (model, OS version, language, region)
IP address and approximate location
Ad interaction and impression data
This data is collected and processed by Google, not directly by GN Viewer.

2.4 Diagnostic Information
GN Viewer may store error logs or crash-related information locally on your device to help understand unexpected behavior.
We do not use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, or cloud-based crash reporting in this version.
Diagnostic information is not intentionally transmitted to our own servers.
GN Viewer includes a private in-app browser that allows you to save images, GIFs, WebP files, and other media directly into the app.
Browsing history and cookies are automatically cleared when the app is closed or after a defined period.
Websites you visit may still collect information according to their own privacy policies.
GN Viewer does not control or operate those external websites.
Because GN Viewer is primarily offline and on-device, we use information only to:
Display your media inside the app.
Maintain app security (lock screen, PIN, duress PIN).
Provide optional rewarded ads to unlock Pro Canvas.
Improve app stability and performance on your device.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your media or PINs for advertising or profiling.
GN Viewer integrates with the following third-party service:

Third-party services may collect information according to their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies carefully.
GN Viewer is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through GN Viewer, please contact us so we can help.
We use platform-level security mechanisms (such as Keychain and encrypted storage) where available to help protect sensitive data like PINs. However, no system is completely secure.
We cannot guarantee protection against all forms of device compromise, malware, or physical access.
Protect your device with a strong passcode or biometric lock.
Because GN Viewer does not maintain cloud accounts or user profiles, many data access and deletion rights are effectively exercised by you directly on your device:
You may delete media from within the app at any time.
You may uninstall the app, which deletes stored app data on your device.
You may reset your advertising ID through your device settings.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GN Viewer mobile application (“GN Viewer”, “the app”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using GN Viewer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
GN Viewer is provided for personal, lawful use only. You agree that you will:
Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Not store, view, or distribute illegal content, including content that is abusive, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise unlawful.
Not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, hack, or circumvent the app’s security features or limits.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or certain features at any time.
You are solely responsible for the content you store and view within GN Viewer.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to any media you import.
You are responsible for keeping your device and your PIN secure.
You understand that deleting the app, resetting the app, or triggering the duress PIN may permanently erase your content.
Some features in GN Viewer, such as Pro Canvas, can be unlocked temporarily by viewing a rewarded advertisement. Ads are provided by Google AdMob.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Ad availability is not guaranteed, and there may be times when no ads are available (“no fill”).
Rewards (such as temporary Pro Canvas access) may only be granted when an ad is successfully viewed and completed according to the ad provider’s criteria.
We may change, limit, or remove ad-based unlocks or premium features at any time.

GN Viewer, including its design, logo, user interface, and underlying code, is owned or licensed by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app or any part of it, except as allowed by applicable law.
GN VIEWER IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Any warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Any warranty that your content will always be preserved or recoverable.
You use the app at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining any backups of your content if needed.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DEVICE DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF GN VIEWER.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to purchase the app or access premium features during the twelve (12) months before the claim.
GN Viewer may display or link to content provided by third parties (for example, websites accessed via the private browser, or ads served by AdMob). We do not control and are not responsible for:
The content, accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party sites or services.
Any data collected by third parties when you view ads or external websites.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those third parties’ terms and policies.
You may stop using GN Viewer at any time by deleting the app from your device.
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the app (where technically applicable) if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app in an unlawful or harmful way.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the app after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app publisher is based, without regard to conflict of law principles. You are responsible for complying with any local laws in your own country or region.
