NASA Infrared Telescope Facility

The NASA Infrared Telescope Facility (IRTF) is a 3 meter telescope on Maunakea in Hawaii, which is used to study a wide variety of astrophysics. iSHELL is a Cassegrain mounted near-infrared spectrograph with a spectral resolution of ~ 80,000. We frequently use iSHELL to measure the radial velocities of cooler, typically sub-solar mass stars to search for and characterize exoplanets. (image source: http://irtfweb.ifa.hawaii.edu/)

MINERVA , MINERVA-Red , MINERVA-Australis

The MINiature Exoplanet Radial Velocity Array (MINERVA) is a set of robotic telescopes designed to conduct follow-up observations of NASA's Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) planet candidates.
