GMHS BANDS FRUIT SALE INFORMATION 2026
Premium Peaches from C&R Farms in Palisade, CO
Who: All marching band students
What: Juicy peaches* from C & R farms in Palisade, CO.
When: Paper order forms and money are due by Friday, July 31. Online store closes Monday, August 3.
Where: Pick up fruit orders Friday, August 14, in the GMHS parking lot after 1 pm. Students are responsible for delivering orders to their supporters.
Why: 2026 marching band fees are $350.** This includes the new $100 activity fee imposed by the school. While our Bingo fundraiser supports the bulk of our budget, we still need families to help support the costs of uniforms, instructors, competition fees, etc.
Students earn $15 per case of fruit sold. This is a great way to earn funds to offset participation fees.
How: use our NEW mobile-friendly online sales platform with digital payment options, or print out a paper order form to accept check or cash payment (buyers can also Venmo or Zelle you, then you can write a check to the GMHS Band Boosters).
Many people in the Green Mountain area look forward to this fundraiser every year. Ask your neighbors, your family, your parent's friends and your friends' parents. Remember:
At all times you are representing the school and the band program!
Safety first! Do not go into a stranger’s home and always be aware of your surroundings.
Always be polite and say thank you (even if they don’t purchase).
For paper orders, collect money at the time of the sale - all sales must be prepaid and funds turned in with the order form. For digital orders, remind them to put your name as the student they are supporting so you get credit for the sale.
Take a picture of the form before you turn it in!
