ACTION ITEMS BEFORE THE 2026 SEASON BEGINS
1 - REGISTER YOUR PLAYER BEFORE TRYOUTS - THIS REQUIRES A PREPARTICIPATION PHYSICAL EVALUATION FORM - SIGNED BY A DOCTOR
Fall sports registration is now open! You must be registered in Arbiter and have your physical paperwork in before you are allowed to tryout. You can find all the info you need on the GMHS Athletic Website (under Registration tab) or visit our Resources Tab for more information. Reach out to Mr. Belveal (Athletic Director), Ms. Bath (Athletic Assistant) or Boosters with any questions. You do not pay the $200 district fee until your player is rostered on August 13, 2026. This fee will appear in your student's Infinite Campus account. The $200 goes directly to the district to pay for coaches, referees, etc. There is an additional $250 fee that will be paid directly to boosters once your son is on the roster. This fee is used to buy uniforms, balls, equipment, pay for players' banquet meal, some team dinners and more. Click on the Boosters tab to learn more.
2 - GET CONNECTED ON SPORTS YOU
ALL communications will go through the sportsYou App. https://www.sportsyou.com/

SignUp Genius for Scrimmages on 16 August
During the scrimmages, the Booster's Committee will be hosting both a Concessions Booth and a Booster's Table — and we’d love for you to be part of it!
This event is more than just a scrimmage. It’s a chance for families to:
Cheer on their players
Meet and mingle with fellow soccer parents
Start building the strong, supportive community our program thrives on
Demonstrate what makes Green Mountain so special to our guest families as we welcome them onto our pitch and school grounds
We’re asking families to:
Donate items for the concession booth
Volunteer for a shift at the booth throughout the day
Strong teams grow from strong communities, and the best way to build that is to start getting to know each other. Please consider signing up using the link below:

TeamSnap Out, sportsYou In
Jeffco school district has mandated that we use the sportsYou app. April has been working hard to transfer the contact information that many of you put into TeamSnap. This app has 3 calendars: a team calendar that includes the booster activities, a varsity calendar, and the jv calendar. You will be able to sync your calendar to one or all of them, so that when schedule changes occur, your personal calendar will be automatically updated.
However, you will need to download sportsYou and create an account. This is a new app for all of us, but we're working diligently to learn it and try to help any of you that might need assistance. As I understand it, the Band app will also be replaced by sportsYou, but because we are so close to the beginning of the season and coach absolutely needs to have consistent contact with the players, he will continue to use it for the time being.
She will be sending out invitations soon, but if you want to get started early, the access code you'll need to use is: K9FLBX6Z.
