I aim to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment where every student can succeed. My teaching is guided by constructive alignment: I design sessions around clear learning outcomes and connect new concepts to students’ background knowledge. I emphasise active learning through discussion, thought experiments, and collaborative tasks, supported by multimedia tools such as polls, videos, and Padlets. I adapt activities to different learning styles and provide individual support when needed. My goal is to help students build confidence, think critically, and take ownership of their learning.
