While I have not yet had the opportunity to visit India I have worked with trafficked children in the neighboring country of Nepal. Join me on my journey below.

One day we went on a 12 mile hike to a village in the pouring rain. The roads had been destroyed in the earthquake so cars were not able to use them anymore. It was incredibly hard and to be honest, I did not want to do it but sometimes we have to do things we don't want to do and all we can choose is our attitude.

This is where we slept for a few nights while building a house for a family in need. Makes you grateful for what you have, doesn't it?
