Company Background

PT. Global Parasindo Jaya was initially established under the name CV. Parasi Consult with Deed of Notary Dharma Budiman, SH no. 84 dated September 24, 1994, and underwent a name change with Deed of Change from Notary Mrs. Yusrawati, SH, no. 7 dated December 17, 2003, as well as the latest Deed of Change from Notary Mrs. Yusrawati, SH, number: 6 dated April 17, 2018. 

In line with the advancement of time and a strong desire to progress, in 2003 this company became a limited liability company (PT). PT. Global Parasindo Jaya aims towards global standards in its services. The company has implemented many projects in Indonesia, with assignments entrusted by the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Transportation, as well as other government departments and private institutions.
