Although strongly recommended, position paper are not mandatory for participation. Submission deadline is August 21st, 2020 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Position papers have to be submitted to the chair/co-chair emails, preferably the head chair email.

When submitting, make sure the paper is accessible to the staff, and rename it to first name_delegation_committee.
It is very crucial that you brand the paper to avoid its loss.
