This is a series of classes for children and adolescents that teach how to respond more calmly, talk about emotions, and cooperate in a group.
During the sessions, participants—through games, role-plays, and practical activities—learn how to resolve conflicts, set boundaries, and better understand themselves and others. It’s a hands-on training in emotions, communication, and relationships—without moralizing, but with concrete tools.
We assess the effectiveness of the program using the Social Skills Questionnaire, which shows real changes in empathy, communication, and cooperation.
After completing the series, children typically become more confident, react more calmly in difficult situations, and find it easier to build relationships with peers.
