Living abroad is exciting — and unexpectedly complex.
Between work, family, and constant change, it’s easy to lose track of what shapes your wellbeing - or your child’s.
When something feels “off,” it’s hard to tell if it’s stress, environment, or simply the pace of life.
You don’t need more talk - you need understanding, structure, and direction.
That’s where my work begins.
I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening - clearly and without jargon.
My work centres on understanding and guidance rather than long-term psychotherapy.
It’s for people who want to understand how their mind and body work together, and what practical steps can improve their wellbeing.
I use an integrative, science-based approach that brings together:
cognitive-behavioural principles – how thoughts and beliefs shape emotions and actions,
biological and systemic understanding – how your brain chemistry, body, and environment interact,
and biopsychosocial reasoning – how daily context, stress, and habits influence your mental health.
My role isn’t to provide long-term psychotherapy, but to offer understanding, assessment, and clear direction — so you can act with insight, not guesswork.
Sessions are structured, calm, and focused on clarity.
I explain what’s happening and why, connecting psychological knowledge with real-life examples.
You’ll leave with insight, not confusion - knowing what next steps make sense for you or your child.
For families, I also provide psychological assessments and consultations for international school students, helping parents understand their child’s cognitive and emotional profile within a cross-cultural environment.
Many clients say that after our meetings, they finally understand the “why” - and know what to do next.
I’ve always been fascinated by how people function - how the brain, body, and environment constantly shape each other.
To me, psychology is not about labelling emotions, but about understanding mechanisms that help us live with more balance, clarity, and purpose.
I believe knowledge itself can be empowering: when you understand what’s happening inside you, you regain a sense of control.
And that’s where meaningful change begins.
The EuroPsy Certificate is the European standard of professional qualification for psychologists, awarded by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA).
It confirms that I meet verified European standards of education, supervised practice, and ethics.
What this means for you:
You work with a psychologist whose training and practice are recognised across Europe.
It ensures both academic knowledge and the ability to apply psychology safely and effectively in real-world settings.
The certificate is renewed regularly, guaranteeing that my methods stay current, evidence-based, and internationally accountable.
As a member of the Polish Psychological Association — the main organisation connecting professional psychologists in Poland — my work is supervised, reviewed, and guided by national ethical standards.
What this means for you:
You can be sure your sessions meet strict ethical and professional standards, protecting your privacy and wellbeing.
You work with someone who remains in professional dialogue and peer supervision, not in isolation — so your support is both responsible and up to date.
I earned my Master’s degree at SWPS University, one of Central Europe’s leading psychology faculties.
My studies covered emotional and motivational processes, personality, social and cognitive psychology, and the biological bases of behaviour.
What this means for you:
You receive help from someone who understands how the mind actually works — not just how it “should.”

A three-semester advanced program combining modern science with over 20 years of clinical tradition.

What this means for you:
You work with someone who looks beyond symptoms — identifying underlying mechanisms and maintaining factors.
You get feedback that is structured, practical, and grounded in both psychology and medicine.
An EU-funded international initiative focused on prevention, wellbeing, and mind–body integration.
What this means for you:
You benefit from a global, evidence-based perspective on wellbeing — integrating biological, psychological, and lifestyle factors.
Our work uses a preventive, proactive approach designed to help you stay mentally strong, not only to recover when things go wrong.
