The Montreal office honored the 75th celebration of the First Rosary Rally held in London diocese in Canada. Fr. Micheal Delaney presided over the Anniversary Mass in the Oratory of St. Joseph, Montreal. Fr. Arul Jayaraj is installed as the Director of the Montreal office as it was inaugurated by Father Mario LaChappelle, Provincial Superior of the Canadian Province. Many people gathered for the Holy Mass, Rosary, and fellowship. This office is located near the entrance of the Oratory where nearly a million pilgrims come to honor Saint Joseph.

The primary source of all that is good (or bad) has origins in the Family, and in the current trying times, families are challenged with modern values and cultural systems. Hence, the Ministry of Venerable Patrick Peyton, who firmly believed and promoted that “the family that prays together stays together,”
is very relevant to our modern society.
St. Joseph’s Oratory is well known for welcoming all people and offering the peace of Christ. On October 14 this year, there was a special Mass held in the crypt church of Saint Joseph’s Oratory, offered by Fr. Micheal DeLaney, the Rector, and other Holy Cross religious and priest friends.
The Mass was followed by lunch and a short program to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Rosary Crusade by Venerable Patrick Peyton as well as the Inauguration of the Holy Cross Family Ministries’ Montreal Office.
Fr. Pinto Paul, the International Director of HCFM, shared a family healing prayer and Fr. Willy Raymond, the past President of HCFM, preached the homily.
Fr. Mario LaChapelle, the Provincial Superior, blessed and inaugurated the HCFM Office at Centre Le Pelerin.
Several families, a choir, and a dance group contributed to the joyful celebration and success of this event. A special event of blessing as well as the ribbon-cutting was held in the new office area that is in the Centre Le Pelerin building. Fatima Prayer group led the holy Rosary.
Our humble beginnings of the Holy Cross Family Ministries' aim is to bring hope and joy to everyone who visits the Oratory. We give thanks to God and our Blessed Mother Mary for the many blessings of that day and for the spiritual fruits to come. We continue to pray for God’s work in all families through the intercession of Venerable Patrick Peyton. May God continue to bless all our efforts and ministry.
