Family Rosary Peru advanced its mission by collaborating with influential clergy, including the Apostolic Administrator of Piura, Msgr. Guillermo Elías. Discussions with parish priests in Arequipa opened new avenues for implementing educational programs that emphasized family prayer and Marian devotion.
The ministry implemented initiatives such as School of Mary and The Way of the Rosary, combining prayer, group discussions, and reflections to deepen participants' understanding of Church teachings. Workshops and retreats in schools and parishes across Lima, Piura, and Arequipa encouraged families to engage in daily Rosary prayer, while participation in global Rosary events connected local communities to international movements.
Although youth-specific programs are in development, retreats, and workshops for children and families facilitate faith formation and fostered stronger parent-child relationships through shared spiritual practices.
Family Rosary Peru significantly enhanced its digital outreach, leveraging platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Highlights included:
Daily livestreams of Rosary prayers and Sunday Gospel reflections.
Video reels and special media campaigns for Marian events.
The WhatsApp group Rezamos por ti, which gathered prayer intentions and fostered a sense of community.

INFAM Peru implemented initiatives such as strategic partnerships with local universities, including UTP, to offer professional internships for psychology students, enhancing family counseling services. The ministry expanded its outreach through collaborations with schools, chapels, and the Patrick Peyton Center, promoting tenderness and care through the "Centralidad de la Niñez" program. INFAM also supported vulnerable families with social and spiritual assistance, including entrepreneurship programs to foster self-sufficiency.
INFAM provided programs tailored for different age groups, including early musical stimulation for infants, reading and writing reinforcement for children, and spiritual workshops for the elderly. The "My Hidden Treasure" project nurtured spiritual values in children through logotherapy. Additionally, the organization promoted family prayer through simple tools like diptychs of prayers for children and adults, and workshops designed to improve spiritual and practical family life.
In February 2024, INFAM launched its website and appointed a dedicated communications professional to enhance its digital presence. Social media platforms became key channels for sharing INFAM’s work, while plans for expanding to radio and television are in progress. These efforts aim to reach a broader audience and disseminate spiritual content effectively, addressing the challenges of violence and corruption in Peru.
Counseling and social services were offered to vulnerable families identified in parish settings. Programs emphasized holistic development, integrating spiritual growth with practical life skills. The professional internship program with UTP further strengthened INFAM's capacity to support families in need, creating a pipeline of skilled counselors for sustained outreach.
INFAM fostered spiritual growth through family-centered prayer activities, including rosary sessions with children, families, and the elderly. Staff members were trained in systematization to document the outcomes of the "Art and Faith" program (2015–2023), ensuring the sharing of best practices with other institutions. Weekly rosary prayers at the Patrick Peyton Center united staff and participants, reinforcing a community-centered approach to ministry.
Special emphasis was placed on working with infants, children, and adolescents, who were identified as the most neglected demographics in the community. INFAM developed creative programs for youth, including music and art-based interventions, to promote spiritual and emotional growth. Future plans include collaborating with influencers to reach teenagers and young adults through virtual spaces and social media.
