Transfers, Certifications and Inspections

A sewer inspection is required by local ordinance before a property can legally transfer.  Both Green Lane Borough and Marlborough Township have adopted sewer ordinances.  Inspections must be done prior to a sewer certification being issued.  We request at least 2 weeks before closing to insure ample time for the inspection and repairs.   The inspection cost is $200 and the certification cost is $100.  The connection (tapping) fee is $5,842.15.  Please click on the link below for more detailed information for transferring a property.  If you are interested in hooking into public sewer please contact our office at 215-234-4180.
