Established in 1997, Glenwick Estates is a David Weekly premier 120 home subdivision located in northwest Sunnyvale.

Sunnyvale has a great K - 12 school program that rates in the top 10 in the state. The new middle school and athletic complex was constructed in 2006 and the new High school was constructed in 2009.
We have aprox. 4 to 5 acers of common land that we are currently working on development plans. We hope to put in a picnic area,lighted walking trail, playground in the near future.
