Architectural Review committee

The ARC is set up to be a middle man between the homeowner and the town. The ARC is to review any and all construction plans and specifications prior to construction or property modification. No construction, alteration, change or modification shall commence until approval of the ARC is obtained per DCCR Article VII. The ARC is also responsible for construction of improvements and use of lots Article VIII of the DCCR and maintenance of lots Article IX of the DCCR.
