GlazeUp — Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GlazeUp. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the GlazeUp mobile application (the "App"), published by Lionel Duport ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using GlazeUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

GlazeUp is an AI-based assistant designed to help users communicate more effectively on third-party social and messaging platforms. The App allows you to:

• Analyze screenshots of profiles, conversations, or your own profile that you voluntarily upload;

• Generate suggested messages, openers, replies, and personalized advice based on these screenshots;

• Receive indicators (scores, tactical analyses) for informational purposes only.

GlazeUp is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any third-party platform whose screenshots you may choose to analyze using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GlazeUp. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User-Uploaded Content

3.1. You are solely responsible for the screenshots, images, and information you upload to the App, and for respecting the rights of third parties (including individuals appearing in the conversations or profiles you analyze).

3.2. You agree not to upload content that would violate a third party's rights (privacy, image/likeness, intellectual property), that would be unlawful or defamatory, or that would breach the terms of use of the relevant third-party platforms.

3.3. Your screenshots are transmitted securely to our analysis services to generate a real-time response. They are not permanently retained on our servers after processing.

4. AI-Generated Content

4.1. The suggestions, messages, scores, and analyses provided by GlazeUp are generated automatically by artificial intelligence models. They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

4.2. GlazeUp does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or success (obtaining replies or any other outcome) of the suggestions provided. You remain solely responsible for the messages you choose to send and for your interactions with third parties.

4.3. You agree to make reasonable, good-faith use of the generated suggestions, and not to use them for harassment, malicious manipulation, or impersonation.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

5.1. Free tier. GlazeUp provides a limited number of free analyses, renewed periodically ("credits"), as described in the App.

5.2. GlazeUp Gold. The App offers a paid subscription ("GlazeUp Gold") granting access to additional or unlimited features and analyses, as described in the App at the time of purchase.

5.3. Payment and renewal. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) account associated with your device. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription automatically renews for an equivalent duration, at the then-current price.

5.4. Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.5. Refunds. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies; we are not able to issue refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

By using GlazeUp, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt their operation;

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App;

• Reproduce, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except as permitted by applicable law;

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the App without prior written authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, its content (excluding user-uploaded content), and its trademarks ("GlazeUp" and the associated logo) are the property of Lionel Duport and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to these elements, other than the right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, at any time and without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GlazeUp and its publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including — without limitation — the consequences of messages sent based on the App's suggestions, or any interaction with third parties initiated through a third-party application.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, we will notify you via an in-app notification or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions that may apply.
