GlazeUp — Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the GlazeUp app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Lionel Duport (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
This service is intended for use "AS IS".

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
The Application collects information when you download and use it, including:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP)
- Pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on those pages
- Time spent on the Application
- Operating system used on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your device.
The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience. The AI components may process user-provided screenshots to deliver personalized content and automated functionalities. All AI processing is performed in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable laws. Screenshots are processed in real time and are never stored on our servers.
The Service Provider may use your information to contact you with important notices, required information and marketing promotions.
THIRD PARTY ACCESS
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application.

OPT-OUT RIGHTS
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall processes on your device or via the app marketplace.
DATA RETENTION POLICY
The Service Provider will retain user data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact us at:

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
CHILDREN
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
