Epsilon-11 Operational Directives
The primary duties and roles of a member within Epsilon-11,
Epsilon-11 Primary Directive: Epsilon-11 acts as the last line of defense for the site when all other measures fail. Upon entry of Site-04, members of Epsilon-11 will enter the site and assist all other MTF Forces in either the recontainment of SCPs, termination of GOI or both at the same time.
Additional Directives
Patrolling the surface, guarding outpost or foundation bunker, ensuring all essential locations are secure and functioning.
Patrolling HCZ (When less than 5 Nu-7) to ensure all contained SCPs are properly secured.
Condition
Condition Blue:
On Condition Blue, you are not to interact with or enter the facility at all. While on this Defcon, we are not to interact with any D-Class or CI UNLESS ON PATROL, OR WITHIN THE FOUNDATION BUNKER. Typically E-11 will remain in their base, and await further instructions. However, if there are less than 5 Nu7 online, Epsilon-11 may go into HCZ during any code. If there are less than 5 security, E-11 may go into LCZ during any code. If there are 5 or more gensec on, you must wait until Condition Orange, unless you are a Combat Engineer (See CE SOP) or RCU (See RCU SOP) with proper rank.
Condition Yellow:
On Condition Yellow, you may be requested on-site to help with any SCP’s or any D-Class breaches (Only Foundation Branch Command may request you). While on this Defcon, we are not to interact with any D-Class or CI unless engaged upon or requested in unless on patrol, outpost guarding, or within the foundation bunker.
Condition Orange:
On Condition Orange, Epsilon-11 is to enter the site and deal with whatever the problem may be. If there is an event going on during this condition, Epsilon-11 is to designate their foxtrot teams to split. If the event permits MTF Units, split up for operations. We will have some people in the foundation, and some people doing events. You may enter any Zone freely.
Condition Black:
On Condition Black, Epsilon-11 is to continue operations as if it were a Condition Orange or lower, except now they need to be on high alert for any GOI’s that are in the facility.
Condition Red:
On Condition Red, a significant threat is present in the facility, so all Epsilon-11 resources are to be focused on Site-5. Epsilon-11 will perform whatever operations are needed to ensure the Site’s security.
Condition Ragnarok:
On Condition Ragnarok, Chaos Insurgency personnel are requested into the facility to help assist the Foundation personnel in re-containing the Site. All Epsilon-11 are to refer to CI as friendly’s until the Condition is called off. Typically this is called on a Condition Red or lower.
Condition Nuke:
When Condition Nuke is called, this means that the Site is completely uncontrollable, and the on-site Warheads are going to detonate. Epsilon-11 is to escort all Level 3+ Personnel off-site, and all Level 4+ Personnel onto the helipad. (Any Level 2 or lower caught trying to leave are to be KOS)
Condition White:
When Condition White is called, this means that there is a XK class end of the world event in progress, and this will almost always be followed up by Condition Nuke.
Combative Procedures
Group of Interest Procedures: While on and off-site, if you encounter any GOI ensure you follow all sanctioned rules in order to properly interact with the GOI. Your first priority is identifying the GOI without being detected. If you are able to determine the GOI is hostile and has intentions to attack and harm the SCP Foundation and/or its personnel, you are to immediately engage the GOI with extreme prejudice. If you are able to determine that the GOI is non-hostile or shows no intentions to attack and harm the SCP Foundation and/or its personnel, you are to arrange a meeting with the GOI and discuss their objectives.
SCP Entity Procedures: While on and off-site, should you encounter a breached SCP Entity or any Anomalous Entity ensure you follow all sanctioned rules and containment guidelines to properly contain and handle the Entity. Every SCP will have its own containment procedures, in order to properly contain a breached SCP you will need to follow the recontainment protocols.
[SCP Containment Procedures]
Escaped D-Class & Rogue Personnel Procedures: While on and off-site, should you e ncounter any D-Class outside of D-block or Rogue Personnel, you are free to engage with lethal weapons unless stated otherwise by Commanding individuals. While D-Class are always KOS outside of D-block, Rogue Personnel may be non-hostile, in which case you should attempt to detain to proceed with an interrogation.
Useful binds
These binds do not need to be verbatim, but they should still get the message across and follow general server rules.
You can check what keys are currently bound by using the “key_listboundkeys” command in the console.
CI Raid - Bind key “say /advert [Site] CI/GOI/Sarkic Raid!
E-11 Entrance - bind key “say /advert [PA] Mobile Task Force Unit Epsilon-11, designated Nine-Tailed Fox has entered the facility.
Stripping - Bind key “say /me strips Weapons|Comms|Kill Agents|Pills|Utilities|Tools
