Oversees the Entirety of Epsilon-11 and the Director of Task Forces

Relays orders to Epsilon-11 High Command
Acts as a third opinion, should not be making executive decisions without the approval of the Commander.
Senior ranking member of Epsilon-11 High Command.
Oversees and Leads Epsilon-11.
Assesses people on their performance and decides their best fit.
Can promote up to Colonel.
Ability to give reserves.
Junior ranking member of Epsilon-11 High Command.
Supervise COL and below.
Assist the Commander with leading & commanding E-11.
Deals with issues officers cannot handle.
Deals with Battalion relations.
Can promote up to Lieutenant Colonel.
Ability to give reserves.
Supervise MAJ and below.
Assists E-11 High Command.
Deals with every day & battalion issues.
Able to promote NCOs & Officers.
They should be doing tryouts whenever they can.
Lieutenant Colonel may promote to First Lieutenant.
Colonel may promote to Major.
Assists Command Overseers
Deals with every day & battalion issues.
Able to promote to NCO/Officer.
They should be doing tryouts whenever they can.
Captain may promote to Sergeant Major.
Major may promote to Warrant Officer.
Must post at least 5 activity logs and 3 pings in the E-11 announcement on Discord.
Supervise NCO and Enlisted.
Assists Senior Command and above.
Deals with everyday issues.
Able to promote to NCO.
Should be hosting Trainings whenever necessary.
Second Lieutenant may promote to Sergeant.
First Lieutenant may promote to Staff Sergeant.
Must post at least 5 activity logs and 2 pings in the E-11 announcement on Discord.
Supervise NCO and Enlisted.
Assists Command Officers.
Deals with everyday issues.
Able to promote to NCO.
Should be hosting Trainings/Simulations/Missions, and Tryouts whenever possible.
Warrant Officer may promote to Corporal.
Must post at least 5 activity logs on the Discord.
Make sure the enlisted are up to E-11 standards.
You must be in the FTO program in order to become an NCO.
Prioritize trainings to keep the battalion growing.
Should be teaching and leading Enlisted to keep them in shape.
Should be assisting officers with managing the enlisted.
Must post at least 1 activity log per week.
Follows orders from NCO+
Should be performing missions and assisting in tasks.
Attend Epsilon-11 meetings unless you have a meeting excuse.
Act responsibly and respect others.
Must post at least 1 activity log per week.
Enlisted
Enlisted personnel have various cooldowns, they are not eligible for promotion until their cooldown has finished unless authorized to skip by E-11 High Command. Their ranks & cooldowns are as follows:
Recruit - RCT (No Cooldown | Removed if not promoted in 10 days)
Private - PVT (1 Day Cooldown)
Private First Class - PFC (1 Day Cooldown)
Lance Corporal - LCPL (1 Day Cooldown)
Corporal - CPL (1 Day Cooldown)
Non-Commissioned Officers
Non-Commissioned Officers also have various cooldowns, they are not eligible for promotion until their cooldown has finished unless authorized to skip by E-11 High Command. Their ranks & cooldowns are as follows:
Sergeant - SGT (3 Day Cooldown)
Staff Sergeant - SSGT (3 Day Cooldown)
Master Sergeant - MSGT (3 Day Cooldown)
Sergeant Major - SGM (3 Day Cooldown)
Officer Corp
All Officers from the ranks of Warrant Officer to Colonel are placed on a 1-2 week preliminary Trial Period. They are not eligible for promotion until the trial period ends. The Officer Corp ranks are as follows:
Warrant Officer - WO
Second Lieutenant - 2LT
First Lieutenant - 1LT
Captain - CPT
Major - MAJ
Lieutenant Colonel - LTCOL
Colonel - COL
High Command
Epsilon-11 High Command consists of the most outstanding officers within the branch, these positions are not given precipitously and must be earned through dedicated and hard work. All High Command promotions are done by the Director of Task Force and above. High Command are placed on a 2 week preliminary Trial Period where they are evaluated, post trial period they are then evaluated again to determine if they are eligible for a further promotion. High Command ranks are as follows:
Vice Commander - VCMDR
Commander - CMDR
Reserves
Reserves are given to Officers and Command Members that assisted and lead the Epsilon-11 Branch. All Officers who retire from the branch at the rank of Second Lieutenant or higher are given reserves. Removal & Transfers are not eligible for reserves. Reserves are not given precipitously, and achieving a rank does NOT mean you are deserving of reserves.
ALL RESERVES RECEIVE A TWO (2) RANK DEMOTION
LOAs, ROAs, and Quota
Any LOA's longer than 21 days (3 weeks) MUST receive high command's approval first. Any LOAs over a month ( 30 Days) will be grounds for automatic removal from the branch. For any individual who takes a 4 + Day LOA for that week, the requirement of making or being mentioned in an activity log is voided. If you take 3 days or less LOA, you are still expected to make quota. ROAs are Reduction of Activity. When an individual takes a ROA, the quota is cut in half.
