Hello, I am Commander Blackout, and I would like to welcome you to Epsilon-11. We are not just a group of people online to one another. We try to be family. I hope you do enjoy your time here and we enjoy our time together. I hope you can call this place your home for a while. During your time here, please check out our many Sub-Branches. My personal favorite is Combat Engineer! Our command team does their very best to help keep the branch running.

All information in this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is relevant to Epsilon-11. Don't hesitate to contact the Commander or Vice Commanders if any information is outdated. When going through the SOP, please ensure you are well versed, as all information in here can be relevant to you at some point during your time in Epsilon-11.
