Given Q Davis (they/he/we) is a multidisciplinary artist, nonprofit consultant, and tarot reader in Portland, Oregon navigating the world in a magical queer Black nonbinary transmasculine body. Their creative practice dances the lines between poetry, performance, music, and video art. They are a purveyor of experiences and performances that blend the exquisitely curated artsy with the chaotically fartsy - bandying both drag and clown about as their canvases of choice. Given’s work is an ongoing love letter to the beautiful, fraught, and hilarious versions of ourselves we have been, who we are today, and to the people we are always already becoming.

He is a co-creator of the local queer variety TV show "Magic Night at the Trans Bar with Max & Mars & Given & Urks & Friends!” featuring drag, sketch comedy, musical wizardry, and so much more! Given also hosts and produces QueerPDXpressions, an audaciously queer poetry open mic featuring two guest poetry on the 3rd Thursday of every month at Santé Bar in NW Portland. 

Given Q Davis graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with dual BAs in English and Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies in 2010.
