[1] EEG-EMG-analytics. This repo includes several Matlab codes to manage EEG and EMG data, separately, as well as handling them together using a data-level fusion approach as in Cisotto et al. IEEE Healthcom 2018, Cisotto et al. EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, 2022, and Gravina et al. Info Fusion, 2017.
extract_MSC: this code computes the magnitude-square coherence from a pair of EEG and EMG signals.
extract_time_features: this code extracts the most common time-domain features from a time-series (especially suitable for EEG and EMG data)
extract_freq_features: this code extracts the most common frequency-domain features from a time-series (especially suitable for EEG and EMG data)
universal_feature_extraction: this code extracts the most common time- and frequency-domain features from a mixed dataset of EEG and EMG signals.
[2] Variational-autoencoder-for-EEG-analysis (credits to Alberto Zancanaro). This repo includes several Python codes to model multi-channel EEG datasets via deep learning, specifically autoencoders (beta, variational, hierarchical types). This code has been implemented to obtain the results reported by Zancanaro et al. ICT4AWE 2023, Zancanaro et al. ResearchGate, 2023 (under review), and Cisotto et al. ArXiv, 2023 (under review).
