Summary

I am a chartered Mechanical Engineer and a PhD candidate at ISAE-SUPAERO in Toulouse (France). My work involves ballistic protection by experiment/simulation correlation and optimisation. The evolution of threats in the land, naval, aeronautical, and space domains requires adapting protection means through new protection concepts. These new concepts often involve functional materials of very different natures, metallic, ceramic, polymeric, composite or hybrid.
