Summary

I am a chartered Mechanical Engineer and a PhD candidate at ISAE-SUPAERO, in Toulouse (France). My work involves ballistic protection by experiment/simulation correlation and optimization. The evolution of threats in the land, naval, aeronautical and space domains requires adaptation of the means of protection through new protection concepts. These new concepts often involve functional materials of very different natures, metallic, ceramic, polymeric, composite or hybrid.
