The Model United Nations Rules of Procedure (ROP) is a rule book that each committee follows based on all issues/agendas that are discussed during the conference. The GIMUN IV Rules of Procedure is a mix of United Nations procedure, and Robert's Rules of Order, to better produce the fast-paced policy and debate game we know and love.
