The weekend of 18th and 19th of September, 2021.

GIMUN IV will be on Zoom, due to the ongoing pandemic.

An open mind and a burning desire to debate.

Also please ensure you do your research beforehand. Training sessions will be held for first timers. Additionally, please make sure you have a Zoom account and a relatively stable internet connection.

Appropriate formal or semi-formal attire will be required, since delegates will be on camera during the conference.

The registration fee will need to be directly transferred to our bank account, the details of which can also be found on the registration page. A screenshot of the transfer will need to be taken too, as evidence. This can be uploaded onto the form.

If you're unable to pay immediately, you can pay and email us the proof of transfer, along with the delegate name, school and class (please note giving the additional information is mandatory, to ensure we don't make mistakes when documenting registrations).

This has to be done within 3 days of filling the form, following which the registration will be discarded.

Your choices from the form will be taken into consideration when assigning committees and countries, however there is a first come first serve policy as well asbased on your previous experience, so register fast!

Rs 400/- per delegate, until the 10th of September, after which there will be a Rs 500/- late fee.

The deadline for registrations is 14th September

GIMUN IV has no refund policy, so there will be no money returned to delegates.
