Where can these symptoms appear on the body?
Symptoms of eczema can appear on your hands, neck, elbows, ankles, knees, feet, face (especially on the cheek area), nipples, breasts, folds near the vulva, and the penis (less common cases).
When can symptoms start appearing?
Eczema often starts before age 5 and can continue until the teenage and adult years. It can flare up for a certain amount time and clear up afterwards for a while, possibly up to several years.
