Korathos (Enormous) Wasteland Titan
Habitats: Desert, Redwoods, Volcano
Territorial: Highly
Diet: Bot meat, Scavenged meat, Hunted meat
Nesting Season: Drought, Famine
Nesting Grounds: Within territory
Solo Creature
Important Notes:
-LIFE LEECH: Only use defensively or against other Korathos.
-MIASMA BREATH: Use offensively or to defend territory.
-Korathos only ambush hunt T4-T5 but prefer to scavenge for meat.
-Korathos are extremely territorial towards medium to large creatures (T4-T5), especially other Korathos.
Description: Korathos are rare titanic beasts that strike fear into any creature that spots them. They are the largest carnivores in Sonaria, even putting the great Kavouradis’ size to shame. They’re thought to have some sort of higher level of intelligence, stalking and taunting other creatures, especially injured ones, for days on end. Korathos will often rattle their long tendrils on their heads and tails to scare other creatures as well as declare their territories, which can range across vast amounts of land.
Behavior: Despite their colossal size and short temper, Korathos are scavengers first and hunters second, preferring to wander the desert and forests searching for fresh or rotting meat as their massive size and inability to run very quickly makes it difficult for them to hunt. However, they are very opportunistic by nature and will gladly stalk or rush down slow or wounded creatures given the chance. When stalking, they will slowly follow their prey, waiting for the right time to corner their meal or ambush it. They’ll shake their tendrils, making an eerie rattling noise that makes their prey restless, panicked, and tired. However, they are most aggressive when faced with other Korathos and will usually try to take one another’s territory. They will display aggressively at one another. If neither Korathos backs down, they will then fight to the death.
Nesting: Korathos reproduce asexually during some of the hardest times of the year and will nest anywhere within their own territory, only having one and rarely two children at a time. This is so that only the strongest of the offspring will make it. Young Korathos are born able to walk and hunt for themselves and the parent will often abandon them or even sometimes chase the young one out shortly after the baby is born.

Lorolael (Enormous) Naive Flower Sauropods
Habitats: Flower cove, Jungle, Redwoods
Territorial: No
Diet: n/a
Nesting Season: Spring, Summer
Nesting Grounds: Flower cove
Solo creature
Important Notes:
-Can only raise one child at a time to age 33; whether it be adopted or nested UNLESS it is a t2 or below.
-Can be fearful of anything; from a certain plant, to specific creatures
-Small herds of t3 and below can travel with it, but it cannot protect said herds
Description: Lorolael are extremely tall, often brightly colored sauropod-like creatures that are adorned with flower-like structures, of which give off quite a sweet aroma that often attracts plenty of creatures to it.
Behavior: Lorolael are not the smartest creatures, but they are definitely considered one of the friendliest. They love the company of many creatures, of which often flock to the tall creature due to the sweet scent and even nature of the Lorolael. Due to the rarity of the species, it is not often that Lorolael meet and congregate besides their nesting season. Instead, they will find company in other various creatures, typically friendly ones. Loros are not often aware of their strength, most of the time preferring to be peaceful and attempting to either walk or run away from potentially dangerous situations… of which, it doesn’t exactly have a full grasp of. Anything can send a Lorolael into a fleeing state, if it’s deemed “scary” enough; of which the Lorolael will run as far as its legs can carry it until deemed safe. Anything scary is to be avoided at all costs, until it is considered safe to approach.
Adoption: Many Lorolael, despite their gender, have been experienced adopting abandoned or lost creatures that have wandered away from their parents, regardless of their diet or size. Of course, depending on the diet, the Lorolael’s care may differ, and be better at raising some than others. They will raise this creature until it is a teenager, of which it will be sent off on its own to fend for itself. Sometimes a Lorolael can become confused due to the size of a creature, assuming a small creature is still a baby, when in fact , it is not.
Nesting and Sprouts: When not raising a creature already, Lorolael will gather in Flower cove in surprisingly large numbers, this being the only time they are often seen in the same area. Lorolael nest in small communities, letting the little affectionately dubbed “Sprouts” play with each other after they hatch, and gain strength to be ready to travel with their mother. Lorolael do not need partners to nest, however male Lorolael will travel to Flower cove in order to protect nesting communities. They will briefly travel together when the mother decides it's time to go, and will promptly let the child on its own once it has begun to grow flowers on its neck.

Pacedegon (Enormous) Emotional Behemoth
Habitats: Tundra, Redwoods, Pride Rocks
Territorial: No (highly with children)
Diet: Plants
Nesting Season: Autumn, Winter, Famine
Nesting Grounds: Tundra
Family creature (2 parents, 2 children max)
Important Notes:
-UNBRIDLED RAGE: Do not use unless desperate & solo
- Pacedegon with children must flee and do not fight back unless the predator targets their children
- Do not protect/defend Pacedegon that aren’t in your family
Description: Living deep in the frozen snowy mountains of Sonaria lives the gigantic yet majestic Pacedegon. These creatures closely resembling elephants have centuries worth of buildup on its back consisting of rock and plants that have formed into its own miniature winter habitat. With huge tusks used for defense, Pacedegon like to keep them sharp by scraping them against rock.
Behavior: Pacedegon often spend most of their time thriving in the highest peaks of the snowy mountains. Not only does it offer a beautiful view over the rest of Sonaria, but it also provides a nice and cool comfortable place for raising children. Although, when the warm seasons come, Pacedegon will travel to Hot Springs for the season and bathe. Females will often take any male Pacedegon, but it usually depends on their connection as they learn about each other. Once a female finds a suitable male, they will usually have 1-2 calves and will be the most migratory during this time to teach their children about their habitats. But, since Pacedegon are known to require more interaction than other creatures, the calves will often become very stressed without the close presence of one of their parents, leading to cries from the children. These calls of need may draw the attention of predators. If a predator decides to attack a parent, the other parent will take their children and run while the former is determined to defend their family. If the predator chooses to target the parent that is fleeing with the child, they will be forced to fight alongside their mate until the threat has fled or died. Once the children have grown up, they often leave together to follow their own paths.
The Great Migration: In the rare occurrence that multiple Pacedegon families (or solo Pacedegon) stumble upon each other, they will take this opportunity to loosely migrate together for 2 seasons. During this time, Pacedegon families will form loose bonds with each other, but will not protect Pacedegon that are not in their immediate family. Once they all feel that it’s time to go their separate ways, they will trumpet loudly towards each other as their way of saying goodbye.

Takamorath (Enormous) Protective Caregivers
Habitats: Pride Rocks, Tundra, Redwoods, Jungle
Territorial: Highly
Diet: Grass, Berries
Nesting Season: Any
Nesting Grounds: In Bushes and Grasses
Solo creature
Important Notes:
-HARDEN: Only use if desperate
-Will let smaller peaceful creatures stay nearby if fed by them
-Prefers to stay in one area for extended times
-Has trouble identifying creatures if they have mud on
-Raises baby until teen (33)
-Avoid killing when defending yourself/your territory
Description: These giants are adorned with giant rock-like structures along their bodies that grow over time, creating sharp edges and an almost impenetrable shell that even some of the largest creatures have issues cracking through. Takamorath prefers solitude above all, but can occasionally be seen with a single other creature if it is alone or young. Smaller creatures will occasionally offer Takamorath Berries for protection, and in return, it will provide such if it is satisfied with its gifts. If a smaller creature is to hide underneath a Takamorath, it could even be considered one of the most protected and safe creatures in Sonaria. Takamorath has poor eyesight and hearing, however has amazing scenting capabilities and will often smell the creature much earlier than it will see or hear it. This sometimes causes confusion and will sometimes take chunks out of photovores, mistaking them for a snack.
Behavior: Due to their huge size, Takamorath is not afraid to boast about it. It roams carefree, and with little regard to what it walks over and who it comes across. Despite this, they are amazing babysitters, and will risk their life for any little creature that has decided to feed it a berry or two. The further the distance they brought the berry to it, the more respect a Takamorath will have. However, Lone Takamorath are especially irritable, anything coming close is a challenge to its territory; unless it comes bearing gifts. Predators are an especially hated creature, charging at them and bellowing until it leaves their territory. Takamorath will sometimes confuse creatures if they are covered in mud, as well. Either deciding to ignore them, or charge, regardless of size. Takamorath have exceptionally strong memories, and will remember creatures for very long, and whether they have done wrong or right. They will even mourn a creature if it dies in its care, and will hold a hatred for the culprit.
Nesting and Young: Takamorath do not nest or even meet often, but when they do, they will each find a berry for the other and perform a courtship ritual together. No two Takamorath have the same ritual, and come up with it over many decades of their living. This can be as simple as a dance, or as extravagant as a test of strength against another creature. The bigger the gesture, the better. When young are eventually hatched in bushes or grasses, they are raised until teenagers, of which they will be set off on their own to find their own territory they deem fit. Young Takamorath are not born with their large shells, leaving them a lot more open to attack and will grow them over time.

Volnoirve (Enormous) Hot Heads
Habitats: Volcano, Desert, Redwoods
Territorial: Highly
Diet: Hunted Meat
Nesting Season: Winter, Famine
Nesting Grounds: Volcano
Solo Creature
Important notes:
-In Famine, Volnoirve migrate to the Volcano, and the males fight over the right to the turf.
-Cubs will fight after hatching, once one dies, stop fighting.
-Volnoirve not inhabiting the Volcano are less territorial, and females are occasionally even seen huddling together for warmth.
Description: Fiercely protective and brutish creatures, the Volnoirve inhabit only the hottest of climates and are commonly seen battling to the death over turf due to their very slim selection when it comes to territory. Because of their massive, muscular build and strong jaw, Volnoirve are widely recognized as the apex predator.
Behavior: Due to their incredibly slow metabolism, Volnoirve do not need to leave their territory very often, and spend most of their time napping or patrolling their territory. Volnoirves, if not nesting, may even be seen pairing up mainly for hunting advantages, although never more than three due to having too many mouths to feed. Volnoirve are also known to climb to the highest peak of the Volcano and roar loudly while slapping their paws down to ensure that any other creatures know the Volcano is their turf, and not to mess with them. Similarly, they mark their territory by scratching trees and rocks and leaving their claw marks. In contrast, Volnoirve not inhabiting the Volcano are much less territorial, and females are occasionally even seen huddling together in groups for extra warmth and protection. While Volnoirve require an exceptionally hot climate to survive, they like to float and bask in shallow water, which adopts the same temperature as their skin. Although they are unable to actually swim, Volnoirve can stay underwater for up to five minutes and are seen “gliding” through the water, using their back feet to push off of other objects.
Nesting: Volnoirve are found in the hotter regions of Sonaria, with the strongest of them inhabiting the Volcano. Every Famine, male Volnoirve migrate to the Volcano to fight often to the death over the stretch of land. Below the Volcano, female Volnoirve gather to watch the fight. Whoever wins the territory wins the right to their cubs as well. After all of the females have given birth to their cubs, the cubs will fight it out until one dies. Female cubs will remain in the territory with their father until reaching adulthood, while male cubs will leave the territory with their mother. Volnoirve are very involved parents, taking great care to make sure that their cubs know the ropes of surviving on their own. That said, male cubs will possibly be up against their father when the time comes to battle over the Volcano again, and they will take no mercy on their offspring.
