Hello!
I’m Ghada Mallat, an instructional designer and educator with over 10 years of experience designing learning experiences that are structured, engaging, and learner-centered. My background spans curriculum design, adult education, language assessment, and digital learning, with a strong focus on helping learners achieve clear, measurable outcomes.
I specialize in designing French language programs aligned with CEFR standards, exam preparation frameworks (DELF, TEF, TCF), and interactive learning journeys that blend pedagogy with technology. My work bridges in-person and online environments, ensuring learning remains accessible, inclusive, and effective across contexts.
With a foundation in marketing and UX thinking, I bring a user-centered mindset to instructional design — grounding decisions in learner needs, clarity, and real-world application. I design and structure digital learning experiences using LMS platforms and authoring tools, and I am actively expanding my use of Articulate Rise to build responsive, modular online courses that support scalable learning.
At the core of my work is a commitment to flexibility and purpose: designing learning experiences that empower both learners and educators, wherever they are.

Purpose & Life Beyond Work
At the heart of my work is a strong sense of freedom — the freedom to design, create, and learn with flexibility, intention, and autonomy. I’m drawn to work that allows me to explore ideas, build thoughtfully, and adapt across contexts, whether in education, design, or business.
Alongside my work in instructional design, I actively explore business ideas and creative ventures. I’m currently working on launching a skincare subscription box, where I apply user-centered thinking, research, and content design to build a meaningful and sustainable customer experience.
Outside of work, I recharge through activities that keep me grounded and curious. I enjoy hiking, jogging, and swimming, and I’m rarely without a book or music nearby. Traveling and cooking allow me to explore cultures, creativity, and stories — elements that continuously influence how I approach learning, design, and human connection.
